Dish’d needed a stronger digital presence to clearly communicate their value, drive enquiries, and support business growth. I led UX research and UI design at Making Websites Better, defining user personas and journeys to shape a refreshed brand direction and website experience. Alongside the design work, I was responsible for interaction and animation direction, visual creation and image treatment, and project management, working directly with the client and collaborating with an external development agency to deliver the build.
The new website delivers a more confident and engaging brand presence, with clearer navigation, stronger calls to action, and an experience optimised for lead generation and conversion. Since launch, the website has played a key role in supporting significant business growth, providing Dish’d with a scalable platform to continue expanding.
